About the Role Join TD SYNNEX as a Partner Operations Manager, where you’ll play a key role in supporting vendor programs and lifecycle management. You’ll provide exceptional customer support for pricing and deal registrations, ensure quality standards for teams, and help connect customers to the right resources for a seamless experience. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary contact for vendor programs and lifecycle management, supporting internal teams and external partners. Manage complex deal registrations and assist with pricing inquiries. Build expertise in vendor programs, including pricing structures, incentives, and promotions, and share insights with stakeholders. Deliver accurate and timely quotes to sales teams, ensuring compliance with vendor guidelines. Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and added value. Apply pricing accurately and consistently in line with vendor agreements. Support contract renewals and proactively manage timelines to enhance customer retention. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as a trusted liaison to resolve issues and drive success. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in IT sales (preferred) Post-secondary education in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience with Cisco (preferred) Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
